During the Mag-aso Falls Tour, you will be visiting the famous and enchanted Mag-aso Falls at the town of Antequera, about 30 minutes from Tagbilaran City.

The said tour will take about 4 to 5 hours. Visiting Mag-aso Falls during rainy season can still be done, but swimming is greatly discouraged during those periods due to possible flash floods.
About the Sites
Mag-aso Falls – located in Mag-aso, Antequera, Bohol and about 30 – 40 minutes from Tagbilaran City. It features a twin-falls surrounded by trees. A natural pool at the base of the falls is deep enough for swimming.
Punta Cruz Watch Tower – situated in Maribojoc and about 30 minutes from Tagbilaran City. The Punta Cruz watchtower has a triangular base. It served as a lookout outpost for marauders and pirates during the Spanish era, same with other watch towers around the province.

Ipinatayo ng mga paring recoletos sa patronato ni San Vicente Ferrer laban sa pagsalakay ng mga piratang moro, 1796. Yari sa korales na may hugis tatsulok sa unang palapag at heksagonal sa ikalawang palapag. Naligtas sa pagkasira noong digmaang Filipino-Amerikano at ikalawang digmaang pandaigdig nang sunugin ng mga puwersang hapones ang bayan ng Maribojoc, 1944. Halimbawa ng arkitekturang militar noong panahon ng mga Espanyol at bantayog sa kahusayan ng mga lokal na artisano. Ipinahayag ng Pambansang Palatandaang Pangkasaysayan, 2003.”
“PUNTA CRUZ WATCHTOWER
Built by the Recollect priests with the patronage of San Vicente Ferrer against the invasion of Muslim marauders, 1796. Made of corals with a triangular shape base and hexagon on the second floor. Saved from being damaged during the Filipino-American war and second world war when the Japanese forces burn the town of Maribojoc, 1944. It is an example of military architecture during the Spanish times and a symbol of excellence of the local artisans. Declared as a National Historical Landmark, 2003.”
Samantha, the Python – another large python in captivit and one of the tourist attraction in Maribojoc. Samantha is about as large as Prony, the python in Baclayon but is shorter and fatter. Aside from the python, several other animals can be found in the mini-zoo. Several kinds of birds, monkeys, snakes, rabbit surround the python\\\’s cage. Guests can usually take a photo carrying small python, though not too comfortable for many.

Abatan River Tourism Complex – a newly developed tourism complex in Cortes and about 15-20 minutes from the City. The location serves as the starting point for those who want to avail the Abatan Community Life Tour and the firefly watching at night along the Abatan River.
