Adiona Tours and Packages
Adiona Tours and Packages is a legal business establishment located in Poblacion, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines 6339, with Department of Trade and Industry Certificate of Registration No. 04900809 and Business Permit No. 202000202 issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Dauis, Bohol for the year 2020.
Adiona Tours and Packages got its name from the Roman Goddess of Safe Return. We aim to provide safe, memorable, comfortable and affordable tour packages for Bohol and soon will be expanding to Cebu and Subic.
Adiona Tours and Packages is composed of individuals with several years of experience in tour services and operations. Our drivers in Bohol are members of the Bohol United Transport Services Association, Inc. (BUTSA, Inc.), a group of tour drivers and operators in Bohol, whose members wait for tourists’ arrivals at the port of Tagbilaran City.
Our services include tour service arrangements, accommodation arrangements and tour guide services. For now, we do not offer flight and ferry arrangements, but we can offer our assistance with regards on what schedule, airline or ferry to take. We only offer exclusive tours for each group of guests; we do not mix our guests with other groups.
Booking Cancellations
In any untoward incident that guests could not push thru with the planned trip, we offer refund for the down payment made, subject to the following conditions:
- If cancellation is made at least two weeks before the scheduled arrival: If we have already forwarded the corresponding payment to the resort, refund for the accommodations will be subject to the resort’s booking cancellation policy. For the down payment on the tour services, full refund will be given, less the possible processing fee that will be used in sending back the money, either by bank transfer / deposit or by money remittance service of LBC, M Lhuillier etc.
- If cancellation is made 8 – 13 days before the scheduled arrival: 50% refund for the tour services, whereas payment for the accommodation will be subject to resort’s cancellation policy.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the scheduled arrival: No refund.
